NAP Bundestagsauschuss für Menschenrechte & Humanitäre Hilfe. (In German)

Auf der UN-Weltkonferenz 2001 in Durban wurde beschlossen, dass jedes teilnehmende Land in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen NGO's (Nichtregierungsorganisationen) einen Nationalen Aktionsplan (NAP) gegen Rassismus, Rassendiskriminierung, Fremdenfeindlichkeit und damit zusammenhängende Intoleranz entwickeln sollte.
In diesem Rahmen wurde die Flüchtlingsinitiative vom Bundestag eingeladen, um über die Situation der Flüchtlinge in der Bundesrepublik Deutschlang zu berichten.

En l'an 2001, les demandeurs d'asile ce sont rassemblés pour lutter contre une des lois les plus abusive contre leur droits universel, le droit de libre mouvement. le§56 de la loi de demande d'asile en Allemgne prévoit la restriction de mouvement des demandeurs d'asile, pendant un temps indéterminé. Cette loi est seulement appliqué en Allemagne. le texte ci-dessous est écrit par le collectif des demandeurs d'asile de la ville de Rathenow quelques jours avant la grande campagne de Berlin.

A SPEECH FROM THE ASYLUM SEEKERS IN THE STATE OF BRANDENBURG TO COMMEMORATE THE DAY.

The publication of the first memorandum written by asylum seekers in Rathenow raised a big public awareness both national and international. As a result, the International League of Human Rights awarded the Initiative with the Carl von Ossietzky Medal. The following speech was held to thank the League and the public for the recognition of our engagement.

THE CULTURAL DAYSPEECH OF THE ASYLUM SEEKERS IN THE STATE OF BRANDENBURG.

As tradition, the authorities in Germany use to celebrate the International Refugee Day. And as decoration, asylum seekers and refugees are being used to show how well the German Government treat asylum seekers and refugees in Germany. But this year, asylum sekers and refugees decide not take part in the festivities, but to go on the street and protest against their inhuman living conditions.
