Prozess gegen zwei Asylbewerber aus Rathenow

Am 11.März 04 wurde am Amtsgericht Rathenow der Prozess gegen zwei Asylbewerber der örtlichen Flüchtlingsunterkunft am Birkenweg 2 eröffnet. Die beiden Heimbewohner wurden wegen Urkundenfälschung, Verleumdung und übler Nachrede vom Heimbetreiber der Arbeiterwohlfahrt, Kreis Havelland und der damaligen hauseigenen Sicherheitsfirma Zarnikow angeklagt. Ihnen wurde laut Anklageschrift der Staatsanwaltschaft vorgeworfen, im Juli 2002 ein Memorandum verfasst zu haben, in dem sie Eingriffe in die Privatsphäre und die strikte Überwachung im Heim anprangerten. In dem Memorandum waren die wegen rechtsextremer Umtriebe ins Visier des Brandenburgischen Verfassungsschutz geratenen und bald darauf abgelösten Wachschützer als "Ex-Neonazis" dargestellt worden.[...]
